Be my home!

Neither a riveting adventure,
Nor an electrifying escapade;
Neither colorful mocktails
Nor tantalizing refreshments.
Be the tender pleasure
Of having water after a tiring day,
The soft snugness of my old cardigan,
The velvety breeze of my native town,
The familiar song of the monsoon.
Just be someone
I can call my home!

  9. I like the idea of a person as a home. That way a home can be anywhere -- wherever that person resides!
